League: Ontario Senior Hockey League
History: The first version of this Ontario team was in 1929 in the Canadian Professional Hockey League. That league had three additional clubs, all based in Ontario: Guelph, Kitchener, and Brantford. From 1960 to 1963 the Terriers played in the Ontario Senior Hockey League. In 1961 Galt defeated the Winnipeg Maroons to win the Allan Cup, which gave them the right to represent Canada in the World Championship, where they finished second to Sweden.
