Denim fabric made from extra-long staple Zimbabwe cotton
The fabric is woven on a shuttle loom using Zimbabwe cotton, which boasts the longest fiber among all cotton varieties, and is durable yet soft to the touch and supple to wear. In addition, the left-hand twill weave makes the twill stand out as it crosses the twist direction of the thread, and the vertical fading of the color is clearly visible. This denim fabric is comfortable to wear and changes over time.
Tear-resistant buttonholes
The buttonholes are finished using a technique called a backsew. The periphery of the hole is cut after the overlock stitch, leaving a tassel of thread in the center of the overlock. When the button is fastened or removed, this tassel acts as a buffer between the hard button and the overlock thread, preventing wear on the overlock thread and making the buttonhole less likely to tear.
Original iron buttons
We created original iron buttons as a way to enjoy the aging and atmosphere of jeans. By treating them with anti-rust agents, they do not develop the typical brown rust, but instead gain a glossy, black color. These buttons are made from a material that allows you to enjoy the aging process along with the fabric.
Hidden rivets on back pockets for added strength
The rivets are made of copper plated steel. In order to increase the strength of the back pockets, the rivets are positioned lower than those of regular jeans, and the very edge of the rivets is sewn so that the thread sinks in and prevents the thread from breaking.
Leather patch that changes over time
The patch is one of the parts that can be said to be the face of jeans. The leather patch is made of cowhide, and you can enjoy the changes that appear over time as you wear it. *Some indigo dye from the fabric may adhere to the jeans after washing, but please enjoy this as a characteristic of the indigo dye.
