The 20oz fabric is knitted as tightly as possible on a loopwheel knitting machine. It is made of a cylindrical fabric called a round body, which has no seams on either side.
The Flat Head use "air-spun yarn", which is a thick yarn that is twisted by the force of air vortexes. The surface of the yarn is strongly twisted, giving it a crisp and stiff finish, but the center of the yarn is soft and fluffy.
Special sewing: "three needles, one removed"

No. 20 cotton thread is used to sew the neckline, but the fabric is stiff and thick, so it is very difficult to adjust the thread tension on the sewing machine, increasing the risk of thread breakage and snapping.
