  1. Can I sell my stuff in the HepCat Store?
    We are very happy to sell your stuff if we think they are suitable in our shop. Please contact us by e-mail, shop@heptown.com, and we can discuss it.

  2. Is PayPal safe?
    Yes, PayPal has been in business for a long time and their handling of your credit card data is very secure.

  3. How do I change the language in the store?
    You can find icons for languages in the middle top of the start page and at the bottom of the right column on all pages throughout the site. Currently we have English, Swedish and Danish as supported languages. Note though that not all text on the site is available in all languages. Everything is available in English and the most important explanatory texts are available also in Swedish and Danish (to avoid misunderstandings when making orders). Product information and news etc. is only available in English.

  4. How do I change the currency displayed in the store?
    You can find a select box for currencies at the bottom of the right column on all pages throughout the site. Currently we have Swedish kronor, Euro and US Dollar as supported currencies. Note though that all charges through paypal will be converted to Euro before you pay.
