Major Accident were among the early pioneers of what came to be called Clockwork Punk - a subculture/punk aesthetic heavily inspired by A Clockwork Orange (Kubrick) in terms of visual style (bowler hats, white, black boots, etc.), attitude, and thematic attitude.
