Inspired by the rugged landscape of Trabuco Canyon, just north of Freenote Cloth’s San Juan Capistrano headquarters, the Trabuco reflects classic American workwear with modern refinement. The fit was designed to achieve a perfect balance of comfort and taper, making it ideal for those who want jeans that are neither too loose nor too slim.
The top block is opened up with an elongated rise, providing added room through the upper and lower hip areas. The thigh is cut full for comfort, while the leg opening finishes with a subtle taper that keeps the overall silhouette clean and versatile. This makes the Trabuco a true classic fit jean that works effortlessly with boots, sneakers, or heavier footwear.
The custom Kaihara Mills denim features an ultra-dark indigo warp yarn woven with a natural weft. The tighter weave and medium slub texture allow the raw denim to fade faster, producing high-contrast wear patterns and pronounced indigo chipping over time. Built with durable construction and heritage details, these jeans are sewn in the USA and designed to be worn hard for years to come.
