For more than 100 years, Pendleton has drawn inspiration from Native American designs, honoring their artistry and symbolism in its blankets. The Many Nations College Fund Jacquard Wool Blanket is a modern continuation of this legacy. Designed by Dustin Lopez, the blanket reflects his diverse heritage: the hourglass shape evokes the matriarchal society of the Navajo, a serape layout honors the Yaqui, and turquoise symbolizes the Pueblo of Laguna.
Woven from pure virgin wool in Pendleton’s Oregon mill, the unnapped fabric showcases sharp, detailed patterns that highlight the artistry behind every line. As part of the College Fund Blanket collection, a portion of proceeds supports the American Indian College Fund, providing scholarships for Native American students and tribal colleges. This blanket is not only a cozy home accessory but also a meaningful way to celebrate heritage and support education.
