Similarly, the Holiday Inn's famous ad campaign would be co opted into humorous Holiday in Vietnam t shirts for the cast and crew of Apocalypse Now. The phrase would also be riffed by the punk rock band Dead Kennedys on their 1979 song Holiday in Cambodia
