A 11,5x8 cm (4,5x3,1 in) patch with a black, winged head of a dog with three yellow eyes.

Design by Dan Collins, a builder of Hotrods.
Also owner and tattoo-artist out of Victory Studios-Electric Tattoo in Studio City.
