Second album from this so. cal band. There is a definite Clash influence ala US Bombs (minus Dwayne's whine), but there is also a old B.Y.O. Records (Social Distortion and Youth Brigade) feel to it which sets it apart from the current horde of ' 77 influenced bands on the west coast. They play their style with hooks and harmonies galore, and the lyrics aren't dumb either. The soundtrack to wife beaters, tattoos, and booze! Like a nuclear warhead aimed at your face, The Generators punk rock will blow away yourself and everything you've ever believed in. Former member of Schleprock, Doug Dagger pieces together this fine arrangement of L.A. punkers to produce a blitzkrieg of ballistic street punk with enough firepower to take out a small army. Ducking and covering won't protect you from the blast this 13 song firestorm has to offer. The Generators selectively hand pick all the best moments in punk/Oi! throughout the years, but without forgetting to face forward and look to the future, creating a street punk collaboration so intense it'll give you shell shock!
