This was the first album poet and songwriter Attila the Stockbroker recorded with his band Barnstormer, originally released in 1996. Attila, who has always loved medieval and Renaissance music, decided to form a band with the specific intention of mixing punk and medieval music, a style he calls ?renaissancecore? . This is the result! Of all the albums Attila has recorded (over 20 in total) this is the one he is most proud of.
Love it or hate it, it is definitely original and different! Guitar, bass and drums meet crumhorn, shawm, recorders, mandocello, mandola and violin. And the lyrics are very important too...as always, Attila has lots to say.
