AVSKUM is a D-Beat, Punk band from Kristinehamm, Sweden, playing classic swedish Hardcore influenced by DISCHARGE. AVSKUM started in the Early Eighties, only to temporarily disband until the Mid Nineties, where they returned more productive than ever. All original members, except the first guitar player perform in the current line-up. The band sporadically performs within Europe and in 2004 they did a small two-week tour in the USA. For those you don´t know AVSKUM (shame on you), this age old swedish Punx play raw and distorted D-Beat, Crust in the vein of MOB 47, early ANTI-CIMEX, DISARM, TOTALITÄR, ... with lyrics that are dealing with nuclear war, crime and capitalism in general.
This is the first ever made AVSKUM compilation on vinyl, a double LP with unreleased and released tracks from 1982 - 1999, also included an unreleased studio session from 1988.
Limited edition of 500 copies on Black vinyl, this double album comes in a nice gatefold sleeve.
